Pet Pronto Veterinary Consulting Rooms

I have received excellent service for my miniature Dachshund, which had to receive an emergency operation, and he is all healthy now and running around as before. We found two 3-week-old abandoned puppies last week Friday and took them to our vet here at Pet Pronto, and she checked them and are currently taking care of them until they find a suitable home. I can highly recommend this vet.

​I want to thank everyone at Pronto Vets for their fast and efficient service when my cat, Kleinkat, needed urgent care. ​When I first realized Kleinkat needed urgent medical attention, I called the reception and was told they were fully booked for the afternoon, with the next available slot only being the following day. I was quite panicked and made that booking, but I quickly realized my cat was telling me he needed help immediately. I called back, and they were able to bring my cat in right away,which was a huge relief and a testament to their dedication. ​A Welcoming and Professional Environment: ​The moment I arrived, I felt calm and relaxed. The reception area, consultation rooms, and even the overnight animal facilities were all very well decorated. Ample parking is conveniently supplied right in front of the practice. The only slight negative was that the couch in the reception area was a bit hard to sit on. ​I also didn't see any measures that supplied green energy to the complex, which is a consideration for me. ​Empathetic and Efficient Service: ​The vet handled Kleinkat with great care, and I could clearly see the empathy they have for animals. The service they provided, including the additional care, was fantastic. ​My only significant critique is regarding the payment process. Even though my cat has medical aid (Dot Surre) and I had the assurance that the insurance would pay, You stil need to pay for the visit in full upon leaving. You would then reimbursed by the insurer a few days later. To me, having to pay upfront and then be reimbursed is silly, as it adds extra admin and time to the process.For me, the value in haveing a medical aid for my cat, is about the convenience, the admin. The fact that the vets ask for payment upon leaving suggests they don't fully trust the insurance system, which makes me wonder why. Surely, the client comes first, and the admin burden shouldn't be their concern. ​Final Recommendation ​Despite the payment inconvenience, I would absolutely recommend Pronto Vets. I encourage anyone considering a change to come and experience their fast, efficient, and empathetic care for themselves. ​

The staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. They are very professional when handling my cats which makes it easy to examine them. The area is quiet and is lovely as it does not overstimulate my cats and creates a comfortable environment for them. Even when dogs were present, they ensured my cats felt safe.

I'm very happy with their service 🐾 Nicole was so supportive and compassionate towards us as we had to put our little old girl to sleep. She made it so much easier for all. Thank you Nicole 💞🐕🐾🌻
