This team are compassionate, friendly and I will recommend them anytime. What was a difficult sad situation, was assisted by their awesome service. They went beyond to assist us and their "bedside" manner with our old great dane was mind blowing. They are obviously people who enjoy their work and it's not only the pets they have to deal with !!! What lovely amazing people. All I can say is thank you.

After recently moving to Pretoria, our German Shepherd, Sasha, became very ill, and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep after nearly 13 wonderful years. Vets@Home were truly exceptional throughout the entire experience. From the start, they were professional, kind, and incredibly caring. Everything was clearly explained to us—what would happen, the costs involved, and how the process would work. They came out to our home, and the way they handled Sasha was nothing short of amazing. They treated her with the love, dignity, and respect she deserved. Their compassion extended to us as well. They were supportive, gentle, and patient with both myself and my husband during one of the hardest moments of our lives. You can genuinely see that this is more than just a job for them—they truly care. I can’t thank them enough for helping Sasha pass peacefully and for the comfort they gave us in such a painful time.

We had to, unfortunately, put down our Golden Retriever. It was a really difficult time and Vets@Home were so professional and so empathetic throughout the process.
