I bought a Medium sized Babble Ball and the battries in it was flat. when I opened it. I had to use the replacement battries that I bought seperatly to get it to work. Now you would like me to drive from KZN to JHB to get 3 battries replaced?? Don't you think you should ship me these seeing that I bought them online?
I love visiting Canine & Co to buy my dog treats and toys. It is a smaller shop so they may not have stock of exactly what you need, but the owner is happy to custom order for you and to alert you when it has arrived. I’m very happy with the service we have received here and you get an extra % off if you have a rescue pup!
New revamped center makes its much more pleasant-staff are friendly and have all the usual goodies, treats and foods for your pooches

Wow! What a lovely experience doing online shopping with these guys! Super friendly and helpful staff and extremely quick delivery (based in Cape Town). So happy with my purchases, as is my pooch! 😀 The handwritten thank you and adorable magnet were the cherry on top of some top notch service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Called the store in parkhurst looking for a bed I've been searching all over for since before lock down. They didnt have the size in stock but the lady working there was so genuinely helpful, she called around and within an hour she'd had the bed delivered to her store and kept it aside for me. when I went to collect it she was the most friendly, knowledgeable and just all round awesome sales assistant I've ever met and has a genuine love for pets. She also really knew her stuff when it comes to their product range. Some of their stock is slightly more expensive than other shops but you do get 5% back in loyalty points to spend as you please and with service like that its totally worth it.
Having been shopping at Canine & Co for the past 5 years and have never had a problem. Their stores are wonderful and their online shopping experience has been so easy and convenient, especially during the pandemic. If ever there is a snag (usually by my own doing) they are incredibly patient, understanding and quick to resolve it. Thank you to the Canine & Co Team!
