Before adding a bad review... remember they get nothing out of this... just expenses without support. They work their fingers off for every animal. You as a human... YOU also have a responsibility. Be responsible! You can't expect to push everything off on them, they are a NPO with limited funds. You only see the tip of the iceberg and then you place these tipes of reviews to cause damage. You are causing more damage.
Got my doggie at this place a few years ago. These people ( Louisa and team) really care about animals. They do need a lot of help though. Just some dogfood or catfood will help tremendously. If you are in the vicinity, please just donate a bit of food. They look after strays and run aways as best they can.
A loving care facility for cats and dogs who, for some reason, found themselves on the streets. You are greeted with much excitment and friendly tailwaves. You can visit the kitties on the crass and just drink in the love. I love spending time here.
The people there are so rude, they speak to you from their door, which is a distance away from the gate. We have 3 dying puppies and they don't even ask you what the problem is. They dont offer any help. They told us to go to spca, while throwing their hand.
We took both our cats in to get chipped and the one to also get fixed and they handled everything with great care. They kept evryone up to date with regards to their animals, which Lso made us feel at ease.
So much love for animals. They care and give them such a lovable home. Better than they ever had. Please support them and visit the animals. Because they are so well looked after it's a pleasure going there and help with love and attention to the animals. Highly recommended to drift away into a world of animals that only seek love and attention
Thank you so much. The staff here are so friendly and do amazing work. My fur baby was sterilized here and she is doing so well. They really care about animals.
