Staff not assisting at all by the dispensary,Just busy chatting with each other will never visit Clicks @Tambotie mall again..

Great place for health and wellness. The staff were very helpful.

Deserves a zero rating. Very quick to take your money but will not assist you with faulty products or do an exchange. Worst part the manager herself doesn’t know her job/encourages laziness. Don’t know what is so unique about this clicks whilst all the other clicks do a reprint from the club card. Huge thanks to the Cradlestone clicks team for helping me out with no hassle.

I was at clicks 2day, at phamacy the is this guy by the name of Gift Mavunda is a pharmacist. I just explain the kids problem n he just go to the shelfs n take medication n put in the plastic n nothing much to explain anything. Now I'm stuck with the instructions how can you give 20ml per 4 times per day....no guys

Most items are finished on the shelf and no one insight to ask for assistance besides the security on the door.

This is the worst Clicks store I have ever been to. The staff on the floor is so unfriendly. When you greet them or ask them for help, they ignore you and give you an unfriendly look. Maybe it's because I was wearing PPE( overalls). I even heard one of the staff members telling a staff member to follow me around just because I looked basic. They thought that I was there to steal. I ended up spending less than I had intended. So, I proceeded to the till point... and the cashier who assisted me was very friendly and welcoming. I'm currently in Randfontein for a few more months, but I will never go back to Village Square Clicks! The staff there are very rude, judgemental, and not helpful!
