The Local Choice Pharmacy Randgate

Friendly helpful staff. Choose your time right as the dispensary gets busy. The clinic is a good deal and affordable for most people without a medical aid.

Well run professional environment. The clinic inside has very profesional and capable sisters that is caring and helpful. I would advise anybody to seek medical help in emergency situations from them.

This pharmacy have a very bad service, never again.i ordered twice from them but my parcels never arrived.when you do a follow up they always saying the parcel is on its way mxiim arg🚮.

I’ve visited this pharmacy twice and had horrible experiences both times. The first time I asked for help I was rudely directed to the aisle where the product I was searching for was suppose to be, then I was told they didn’t stock that item yet it’s on the website. I brushed it off and visited them again. This time was worse. I asked for help and the old white lady showed me where the product was and before I could ask for the other things I was searching for she walked rudely away and chose to assist the white people around me. I stood in line and the cashiers had the same racist attitude towards me and the black lady in front of me. She rolled her eyes and was annoyed when the lady in front of me went to fetch something she needed. She apologised to me in Afrikaans(assuming I understand the language) and I said it’s fine I don’t mind waiting for the lady. The other cashier was busy speaking to a man and suddenly I hear her screaming at me in Afrikaans again, to come to her, as if I was suppose to know she’s available to cash up my items. She didn’t even greet me or show any acknowledgment of my presence while ringing up my items. Again I asked for something I saw on the website and she rudely said they don’t stock it. The people who work here are extremely racist and unhelpful. They’re giving the brand a bad name as the key west branch has lovely, helpful people working there. As it is, the pharmacy has no actual order and one has to spend time searching for products from the unorganised shelves. They don’t ever have anything advertised on the website and look at you like you’re crazy for asking for it. Pair that with racist, unhelpful, Afrikaans only speaking people and you’re in for a dehumanising, racist experience throwing you back to pre 1994 times. Would not recommend any person of colour to visit this place as they make it apparent you’re not welcome there.

Good service, great sisters at clinic,
