SPCA Rustenburg

Very friendly people. The meet and greet area is nice. We were there while a dog was adopted and they made a big fuss about it with pom poms and clapping and singing. Really wholesome. Parking is not so great, but OK.

Yard is neat and they do good work. Staff are friendly and were helpful with our application. Consider supporting them any way possible, even by passively sponsoring a kennel. These dogs deserve so much better than to be abandoned in kennels.

This SPCA is doing their utmost best for all the animals. The staff are kind and compassionate. May the public's hearts always be generous so that these doors can always be open. Thank you for people like Riaan, who always put the animals first, even risking his life to do so! Thank you for the schools in Rustenburg who is really pulling together to save the animals. You are real life heroes!

We recently moved from a dwelling. There were 2 cats. We had a neighbor look after them till we completed the move. When we went to fetch our animals the SPCA removed our 1 baby cat. The other cat ran away. Now our babies are missing. Why don't they follow up with the owners first before removing an animal.

Haven't been to the place but I got good services from them when I needed my n Puppy to be collected when I could no longer take care of it

Animals are kept in small cages but they want to do a home visit to see if your yard is suitable for the dog you want to adopt?? How does that make sense?? Then they charge about R1500 to adopt a dog but they're a non profit organisation?? Rather help people and let them make whatever donations they can afford and give the dog or cat a home, isn't that why you exist?? Wanted to post photos but was not allowed to take any once inside

This place saves and rehomes domestic pets. These guys are amazing. Please support the work they do. As a visitor to Rustenburg I can only state what great work they do. 5 star should be 10.
