We took our cat, Nala, to the vet on Monday and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Ashley Heymans and her lovely assistant/trainee were gentle, patient, and incredibly thorough. They ruled out ear mites, explained everything clearly, and even showed us the swab so we could understand exactly what was going on. Because Nala refuses to take tablets in her food, it was recommended an injection instead and it made such a difference. Since the visit, she hasn’t been scratching or shaking her head, and she’s been so much more comfortable. What truly impressed me was the follow-up call this morning to check how Nala was doing. That level of care shows genuine passion for animals and a real commitment to their well-being. It’s rare to find service that is both professional and heartfelt. Thank you, Dr. Ashley and team, for taking such wonderful care of our girl. Highly recommend! 🐾❤️

Definitely can recommend Manorswood Vet for all your animal requirements. Professional service with a great understanding of how to handle power breeds like my pitbull. He was exceptionally calm throughout the visit.

I can’t praise ManorsWood Veterinary Clinic enough. The Ladies there - Dr and the receptionist were simply incredible. My Husky, Diva needed another major operation, and they were so caring and supportive, talking me through every step. ManorsWood in Gallo Manor (over from the PicknPay) is now my go-to vet in the area. Diva is home already and in great shape!

Dr Catherine is incredible, so efficient and smart! She fixed my babies up so well! Diane the receptionist/practice manager is an absolute darling cool and calm and very caring! And thanks Lefa for all the help! And they support Woodrock Animal Rescue where my babies were born. I drive 25 minutes to them because they are so amazing! THANKS!

I am grateful for this awesome team of professionals every day. Their expertise is outstanding but more importantly, it is their compassion which makes them excellent. And not just the vets, but the charming receptionists and animal care assistants who treat the animals in a gentle and dignified manner. I have a large family of fur children and would not entrust them to any other veterinary team in JHB.

Always feel secure when I go to see the amazing Vet Dr Denver at Manorswood , he has known my boy since he was 8 weeks and truly I feel that my dog Rufus is in the best hands ever !!
