Sandton Veterinary Clinic

Ben, my special Great Dane had a fantastic grooming experience at Sandton Veterinary Clinic today, Elizabeth took the time to get to know him, to understand his hatred to water. She managed to get him to stand quietly while she washed him down with nice warm water and towel dried him.... He cam out in a better mood than he went on... I can highly recommend their grooming team

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can confidently say that Sandton Veterinary Clinic is the best veterinary clinic I’ve been to in Sandton. Dr Simoné Pietersen is absolutely exceptional. I have both a large Boerboel and a Mini Dachshund, and she treats them with the same level of care, patience, and genuine compassion. She is calm, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gives me complete peace of mind as a pet owner. My dogs are always handled gently and professionally, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. It makes such a difference when your vet makes both you and your pets feel comfortable. The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and very welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained and creates a professional yet warm atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff are friendly and organised, and the overall experience is always smooth. If you’re looking for a trusted and experienced veterinarian in Sandton for any breed — big or small — I highly recommend Sandton Veterinary Clinic. I will definitely continue bringing my dogs here.

Thank you dearest Sam, Shelley and Dr Simone for all your love and care with our Jack Russell Jill! We know she is always in the best hands!

Our cocker spaniel, Pilot, has been going to Sandton Vet Clinic since it was Birnam Vet clinic and he was just a small pup of 7weeks old. I cannot express how grateful I am to every single staff member at this wonderful Clinic. They offer world class service to animals, and treat them with so much kindness and love. At reception, you are greeted with warmth, friendliness and reassurance by Shelley & Sam. Freedom is also there to help the dogs and is so good! And don’t get me started on Dr Simone. She is an angel… Pilot was recently attacked by 2 other dogs at the park, and it was an extremely traumatic experience. She treated him with the utmost love and care and expertise- he was back home with us within a day, even after sustaining multiple injuries and he is doing so, so well now! 10/10 and a million stars for this entire team. They are the best of the best. You will never make a mistake by taking your pet there.

My little poodle Pikkie and I moved permanently to Europe last week. Since I decided to take her in the cabin, I had to do all the paperwork myself. Shelly and the doctors were extremely helpful and supportive in this very complex and bureaucratic undertaking. Birnam Vet looked after all my dogs lovingly and professionally for 22 years! Many Thanks 🐶

Absolutely fantastic service and a beautiful practice. Well run and great customer service, clearly great management structures. Shelley at reception is an absolute gem and will move mountains to assist you. Olivia is an experienced vet with a lot of knowledge and passion. She cares for your animal as if its her own. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Sandton area.

Walk in customer as I felt my previous service provider was charging us excessively. Lovely spacious set up. Very attentive doctors on site to treat my pekingese for an eye ulcer. Excellent service and attendants were on top of their game.
