Just needed wood, and for it to be cut. But that cannot be managed, lazy sleepy workers. If you want things done, I highly recommend going elsewhere.
If I could give 0 starts I would!!! Absolutely pathetic!!!! Waiting 3 weeks already for a part for our weedeater that we bought here, ordered online, it showed that they had stock. All I get are empty promises!!!!!
Absolutely pathetic service, sales assistants definitely need some lessons with assisting customers. They seem to walk the other way when they see a customer approaching. Manager is never available to communicate with or complain to. It’s been this way on more than one occasion where we are then forced to take our business elsewhere. Unacceptable.
Really disappointed in the poor service I've received from Builders Secunda. Was looking for plumbing supplies and after requesting assistance the employee only directed me to the department as if I was bothering him. This place will not see me again.👎
They have what you need and can find it without any hassle. The staff is always friendly ready to assist.
Poor service never have what you are looking for went there 3 days in a row for different items not in stock and if you ask when they will have stock again you are met with very unfriendly staff
