Dis-Chem Pharmacy Jabulani Mall

I'm one of the people that vouch for Dischem I always get my families toiletries from there I never compromise. irregardless of the mall I'm at if I wanna grab a snack or something to drink Dischem is my go to shop but unfortunately when im in jabulani mall and I think of going to dischem I get so irritated because the service there is so poor I've been there numerous times and the energy there is just something else. There's one particular lady who's at the tills her attitude is really bad I once raised it with the assistant store manager but clearly nothing has been done because she still has the same attitude.

Poor poor service 14 tills but only 4 cashiers working standing in a que for 40 minutes isn't a joke ,why do we have to que for long like these guys please upgrade your service

A big shop, well stocked and enough workers as the queue is usually long but most tills are open so it moves quite fast. Even the clinic runs smoothly, it's a reliable place for most things that you need.

Oh my , where do I start . I went the Dischem in a rush for the Maybelline 40 percent, less did I know that I will meet Seipati who works by the makeup up department. I had bought 5 items o so and unitially I was only there for the pressed powder but because girl (Seipati) knows how to service clients with a smile and patience I ended buying 5 items because less did I know that some one my makeup is old and I needed new one… like I can go on and on … so when leaving the store I had dropped my powder at the parking lot and felt that it might have been damaged I then took it back for an exchange guess what Sepati assisted me with no hesitation and understood my frustrations . I honestly did not think I would ever receive such service at the Townships ( honestly speaking because consultants they don’t care) and she had made me realise that some other people love and enjoy their jobs… I am definitely will be shopping at Dischem Jabulani mall for my makeup nje …🫡 kindly recognise her as I honestly feel that she does… oh yeah there was also an old lady that was happy with their service and mentioned that they don’t even want a token of appreciation from clients or compliments to be shared at the store so I decided to meaning it here as it deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and above. Exceptional service from Sepati

Service is good after you get medication from pharmacy, you just pay there, there is a till to pay and is quite the que is moving fast, instant to be combined with the till of groceries, I was so happy 😊

The service here is good. Courteous staff. I find a reason to shop here whenever I visit this mall
