Clicks Pharmacy Jabulani

The nurse clinic Khethiwe is very amazing, has a very welcoming aura and spoke to me politely with kindness, I definitely recommend clicks clinic in Jabulani mall, Khethiwe is doing an amazing job

My cashier was Boitumelo and she was so respectful and kind. She didn’t chat to her colleagues while assisting me and the other cashiers were also not shouting amongst themselves like i always see at Protea Glen Mall. Security personnel were also very kind.

Cashiers are honest and are friendly. Left my card there and when I trace my steps and other cashier, she asked me my name surname and if I number my bank account number and name of the bank. I told her capitec and she came with my card. She save me in paying R70 plus at Capitecbank to make a new card. And they always make you aware of discounted product.

The nurse there is horrible, had the nerve to tell me she had earphones on when I was knocking at the door and therefore couldn’t hear me. I called ahead to let her know I was on my way and she locked herself in the clinic and only came out once she had knocked off. Didn’t even bother to apologize or show remorse, traveling with a toddler is a challenge on its own and to be turned back by a careless nurse is infuriating. She suggested we schedule an appointment for the next day as if cars function on water and traveling doesn’t have a cost attached to it. As if I don’t have a job I can just be available for her as she pleases. Never going there again

I don't want to say much but I am a loyal clicks customer, however, I hardly shop at Jabulani Mall ( to be frank this was my second or third time at this clicks) I went there today and for some reason I was treated with so much disrespect by three of their employees. Their judgment attitude towards me started when I entered the store, why? Is it because I look young? Is it because I didn't grab any basket? I don't know, I wasn't the only one there, there were other customers with grocery bags etc...but for some reasons I was treated differently. The inequality, the bad attitude was sickening and unnecessary (I couldn't get all that I wanted), I was so offended. I am not sure if I will ever step foot in that store specifically. P. S. I am sick and tired of discrimination at such stores. Stop employing people who lack knowledge on customer service! Customer service is the main element in retail. If a store is having issues with shop lifting or whatever, anyone who enters the store is/can be a suspect including the employees, therefore, don't make your customers feel uncomfortable while shopping. It's pathetic.

You will never go wrong with any clicks stores. They always organized even if you visit the smallest clicks store in Soweto, you'll love the way cashiers are working with passionate spirit. This one in Jabulani is always full but you never get delayed at the tills. I love ❤️ this store.

Poor service as always, they have 6 counters and they always have 2 pharmacist on duty ( Dispensary) I don't think even the management cares.
