Good service and close to Black Friday prices are already placed earlier. Please find a way to hire more staff as Black Friday is nearing. To avoid waiting of customer on the line too long. Products are well packaged and placed. Friendly staff members. Security is available and packing is available on site with no charge.
I bought a fridge cash on the 1st of December because our fridge had broken down and not wanting to let the food spoil we went to game they had reassured me that they’ll deliver within 2 days because it’s not much of a distance. My diabetic frustrated mom went to their store on the 7th of December only for them to tell her that delivery was cancelled (meaning they were never going to deliver the fridge )but they will deliver it today 8th of December.This store is very incompetent and unreliable I wouldn’t recommend it and I’m very hesitant with the fridge if it’s good quality ,the longevity of it and if customer satisfaction really matters to them

The Game's Uber pricing model seems very unusual and seems unfair. You find out afterwards when you have paid about the escalated cost. I ordered items that cost R149 + 10% TIP, and then when I checked the order summary, they added a pick and pack fee, a small order fee, a service fee, a delivery fee and a tip. My total was R217. The T&C are clear and transparent. This is tantamount to punitive pricing. i am unhappy about this
Came to return a product and waited an hour for the manager to come sort everything out as the employee at the returns till said what we had returned needed the manager . Very disappointing

Went there to buy gas heater and i got the heater at a reduced price but i got home and the heater is not working but that was not what i was told at the shop Why would i buy a broken heater in this cold mara I wanna return it. So now i must spend more money for transport and delivery again .bought this heater today
