I’ve been shopping at Kit Kat Cash & Carry for several years now, and it’s consistently been one of the best places for affordable, quality products. Whether I need groceries, household items, or bulk supplies, I know I can find everything under one roof at reasonable prices

Disappointing experience. The website stated closing time as 18:30 but when I arrived at 17:09 on Friday, 6th Feb, the store was already closed. Please update your operating hours to avoid similar inconvenience for customers.

Cashier didn’t greet, unpacked groceries brought them closer packed them in the trolley after she just piled it up mixed bathroom and pantry stuff and just left after I paid! Had to ask cashier next to her for help.

Imagine being victimized by staff who is uneducated in the banking sector. Threatening to take my card because who don't know the bank As a member of the fintech committee this is degree for being barred from every using an form of electronic payments #BankZeroCustomer

Good ambience and service, clean, some discounts if you buy more than 1 or more than 2 of same items. Well stocked and packed. Enough cashiers, no long queues.

Reasonable good pricing, they need to stock up in time to avoid running out of stock on the shelves. Add more variety of goods. But all the specials are great.
