Lovely Pick n Pay located at Protea North shopping center. It has free parking and there is always available bays to allow fast and convenient shopping. There is a Capitec inside the store, FNB and NEDBANK on the entrance of the store. You can always get your cash from the tills to save on those bank charges. You can get your fresh vegetables, meat cuts from the butchery inside, delicious cookies from the bakery in-house and more. The store is well stocked and well managed. My issue with the store, it’s very small and over the last few years it has gone worse where you can’t walk with a shopping trolley. Combination of space and over crowding month end can make for an unpleasant working shopping experience. Generally, I enjoy the store and shopping here.

Their fridges are not working , meat is always rotten nowadays.

Shop is small but the staff are super friendly.

I'm currently in the store there are 3 till points open and we all have to que on one que that ends up being a snake like. Management can't be serious this has to be rectified

Terrible customer service, all we wanted was to exchange an item and the amount of attitude she gave us was way below 1 star. The name of the woman was Primrose. Needs improvement. I DON'T recommend their customer service. Terrible experience..
