Pick N Pay Maponya Mall

I ordered a few groceries through Mr D however not all my items were packed and only one item was out of stock and was credited but the other item was not packed I called and spoke to a Guy called Nkosana he was friendly and attended to my complaint asap! and he personally delivered the item and they even gave me more than the actual item I'm so impressed with him and his staff especially him for going way beyond I truly appreciate the service 🙂

Internet says they open at 7am but when you get there they tell you that they open at 8am, now you must wait for a whole hour whereas you could have gone somewhere else!!!! Very disappointed in their service!!!! They don’t even fear the 1 star rating!!!

I am very dissapointed after seeing this, vegetables for Burger Friday. It was displayed at the front fridge. 09 May 2025.

Going to this store is a dreadful experience and causes anxiety. The store consultants that are tasked with controlling the queue at the tills are extremely rude and very useless…especially the dark skinned lady who normally works on the queue control. She is the worst!!! I don’t see why a store consultant will watch a customer pack their own groceries when they are next to the till and they still expect you to take the trolley and park it!!! And then spew nonsense afterwards. I’m so disappointed!!!

Pick N Pay is one of it's kind, it's very huge before one gets inside one can see the look of the structure that the greatest is inside one stop hyper well organised I like the part of Senior Citizens their products worth our money let alone the arrangement of shelves it's out of this world also the personnel treated me like I'm their only customer, the cleanliness says a lot about the management Maponya Mall Pick N Pay is always the best whenever I go inside there are new changes there's a new system and there are many surprises good set up above all their prices are reasonable and affordable 👌they always outdo themselves that Maponya Mall Pick N for you Pick 'n Pay Maponya is always the best whenever I go there there are changes Pick N Pay is always the best it keeps on changing for the best keep it up 👍

Crazy long ques here... prepare your self for the long check out ques before coming here. If your not alone have someone start queing while you shop. There is a 5 or less express line, 10 or less express line, and a senior citizen express line but the ques are still ridiculously long. This pick n pay has a huge variety of items to choose from and is usually well stocked as well. It has a deli, bakery, butchery, clothing section, electronics sections,liquor section and a pharmacy.

There is something wrong with their refrigerators , yesterday I bought mince only to find out that is rotten when I got home, even their veggies they are not good at all
