Saw a reduced price on cat food on the shelf. So to double check, I asked the staff if the special is accurate. The lady proceeds to inform me there's no specials in the shop. I had to show her whats going on in their own shop. Know your products, have some respect for your work maybe? More passion, more passion, more energy , more energy. Some pride?

Poor customer service. They would rather watch a customer carry their own body weight in dog food, than offer to help carry any bag to the boot of ones car.

I’m not one to often leave bad reviews but I can’t find an email address to send a private message. A bit of a disappointing experience with staff. Although very nice ladies, I found the communication with regards to my order was bad, they wouldn’t call me back when they said they would, took longer than promised to get the product. Again, it’s okay if it’s late etc (I’m not unreasonable) but communication is everything and it felt like the bare minimum was done in times I specified my urgency and need for feedback. I unfortunately won’t be going back.

Very nice staff. The shop is quite small, but from chews over collars, food, they have everything you need. They ever offer a engraving service for dog tags!

I agree with Michelle, the assistant's attitude is unpleasant. They're understocked (apparently the supplier is out of stock, but other shops had what I was looking for) and they're a lot more expensive than other shops. Will definitely not be going back there.

Not very helpful. Assistant didn't bother to greet us when we entered, and the other assistant was sitting reading....while we were trying to look for tinned dog food & bird food, up and down the isles! Then we had to wait for her to complete her personal call....before we could ask her questions, (while the other assistant still carried on reading). I addressed her in English....and she answered me in Afrikaans...eventually my husband starting speaking Afrikaans to just get the visit over with. Personally, I won't return because there are other businesses that would really appreciate the business and would have taken the time to ask if they could assist us....this was clearly a case of sloppy, laziness....it should have a sign outside reading " Help Yourself Store" no Assistance!!!

Friendly staff and product range is comprehensive and of best quality. Have always found what I wanted and even discovered something new that would either help in training or be more suitable as a meal.
