Best Vet in Stellenganga. From Reception through to assistant up until Dr. Very grateful for this clinic, my rescue Africanis/K9 will be coming back with a swinging tail to any future appointments here. Thank you for being passionate about what you guys are doing. This is not just a paid tick box salary job type of clinic. There is so much HEART here ❤️

This is more a review of the receptionist than the vet, because I never got to see Dr Potgieter. I phoned just after 9 am yesterday, because my ridgeback was bleeding from a wound. The receptionist answered and told me that she was busy and will phone back after 5 min. Ten minutes later I phoned again because she did not phone back. I explained the situation to her and she said it does not sound serious and they are busy, but she will speak to Dr Potgieter and get back to me. I am still waiting for her call. I am not a vet, but I am a surgeon, and I know when a wound needed to be treated immediately. I find it absurd that a receptionist tells me it is not serious without having laid eyes on the dog. I contacted another practice who told me to bring the dog immediately. A hour later I was back home with the wound sorted.

The BEST experience I have EVER had with a vet in my whole life of having pets. She clearly cares for each patient and I LOVE how she sprayed her hands with CalmEeze and massaged my kitty throught the consult. Her demeanor is calming and reassuring which is great for pet parent and patient. She is the poster woman for what a vet should be.

Marie is simply the best vet, especially if your pets are part of your family and you only want thr best for them. She treats them with the utmost compassion and love. To her they are not merely animals but members of a family. I won't trust anyone else with our fur babies as I trust her.

I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else! The staff are so helpful and friendly. You can really tell that they are passionate about animals. My pets even enjoy going there! The vet is amazing and always explains what she is doing in great detail. She gives advice on training, general care, etc. The clinic also sells a variety of toys and pet food.

The best experience I have ever had with a vet, and I have dealt with more than my fair share of vets! The support staff (Lauren especially) are exceptional! Not to mention that Doc is the most caring and compassionate human I have met in a very long time. She is truly passionate about her patients, as well as their humans! Your beloved pets are in tremendous hands at Pronkberg. I certainly wont be taking my babies anywhere else! If I could give 100 stars I would.

This is a wonderful veterinarian. She dearly loves every animal she treats and aftercare is exemplary. I am always relieved to know that our pets are in good and loving hands when they visit. Support staff are just as friendly and caring. Fees are very reasonable.
