Agrimark Stellenbosch

Friendly and helpful staff assisted me very fast. I spent less than 5 minutes inside the shop, which prompted a manager to stop me on my way out, to ask if did get what I needed. Awesome service!

Definitely go for the pies and the samoosas, just maybe not the service. They have good stock of everything, but you better know what you're looking for as apart from the cashiers and the staff upstairs in the camping section, it genuinely feels like no one else works here. You'll wander around completely lost between random stock trolleys left in the aisles for ages and not be able to track down anyone to assist you.

They sell a great variety of goods- from garden tools to clothing, animal food, plants, flowers etc. Also high quality camping gear. Their coffee shop sells tasty light meals and homemade goods like cookies and jam. Their chicken pies are the best in town. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very frustrating trying to get info via phone. The teleoperators just send you from one to the other, to the other, as if no one can help. Sometimes they forward me on to another phone and the person on the other side immediately hangs up. So don't try phoning. In-store, also very difficult to find someone to assist when I am looking for an item.

This is the most frustrating store I've ever been to. While they sometimes stock items that cannot be found at other stores, items often don't have prices and it's a very long drawn out process to find prices. Staff seem to not have much knowledge about the items they stock and are often not useful. Doing a return on an item is a special kind of torture too, spend a good half hour every time you need to return something.

Prices tags does not correspond with product on shelf. Bought LED lights on left for R25.50. Got to till price rang up as R33. It seems customers must now check that codes on tags and product are the same because it's being displayed incorrectly. No assistance from staff either.

Friendly staff and good layout to make it easier to find what you are looking for. Great range of products to choose from.
