Die Boord Veterinary Clinic

I cannot thank Dr. Jackson and his amazing team enough for the incredible care they provided for my dog during and after her ACL surgery. From the very beginning, they were kind, professional, and reassuring putting me completely at ease. The surgery itself went perfectly, and her recovery has been nothing short of amazing. The follow-up appointments were efficient and thorough, and Dr. Jackson was genuinely pleased (as was I!) with how beautifully she healed. His surgical work was so precise that it’s honestly hard to tell which leg even had the procedure done , a true testament to his skill and attention to detail. The reception team also deserves special praise. They’re always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It makes every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and his team to anyone looking for compassionate, expert veterinary care. They truly go above and beyond for their patients (and their humans!).

The female veterinarian seemed rushed and didn't take the time to properly examine my pet or answer my questions. Throughout the visit, the veterinarian kept suggesting that my dog needed training, despite him being sweet and well-behaved during the appointment. It felt like a dismissive and unnecessary criticism, adding insult to injury. To make matters worse, the veterinarian's nervous demeanor and repeated suggestions for training made me feel like she was unfairly judging my dog based on his breed. It was as if she had preconceived notions about certain breeds and couldn't see past them to provide proper medical attention. This type of bias has no place in a professional setting. I won’t be returning.

Absolutely amazing experience from this vet! Great advice, great service. Kind and helpful

Best decision I ever made was to take my dog to Die Boord Vet. I am very impressed with the way the Dr treated my dog, even my dog was so relaxed and comfortable through the whole visit. Dr Jackson is amazing, friendly and very compassionate.

James is an amazing vet. He has lived with me through my three cats I have had. The receptionists are both lovely and friendly and there is a wide variety of pet food and toys.
