Frankie was amazing—she actually listened to my needs and gave relevant, honest advice. Unlike most other places, she even let me take a demo bike for a test ride, which gave me so much more confidence. To top it off, she promptly sent a follow-up email with a full breakdown of what we discussed and specs for bikes that suit me. Totally professional. They have high-end products without the ego. Excellent service. My bike had been damaged in airline transport and needed straightening and adjustment. Despite their busy schedule Hellsend fitted the work in on the same day I visited. I am very happy with the work and I felt that the charge for the work was very reasonable.

Grossly dishonest Gave my rear wheel to them on Friday to replace bearings, said it would be done monday. Tuesday afternoon I call them as I heard nothing back from them. They sound confused on the other end and put me on hold for a while, then another person answers and tells me that he tried calling me earlier but no answer. NO ONE CALLED ME. See screenshot attached He says I brought them the wheel with the cassette broken and fused to the hub and tells me they will need to break off the cassette. The casette was 8k in 2018. Look at the 4 breaks on the cassette, THEY ARE CLEAN and shining, meaning it broke in the shop. See screenshot attached Took the wheel to specialized and they managed to get the cassette off and do a proper job. But its still broken and needs to be put in a press just to take off the hub. Absolutely shocking dishonesty, and now you leave me with a broken cassette

Lovely bike shop, the front desk lady is always friendly, but somehow always manages to pull your brake when you least expect it. The one mechanic is also fairly friendly, but tunes you very hard if you even think of riding XC. The other mechanic (i’ve heard he’s from potch) is a cool and very chill guy, but he runs pretty slow. Awesome bike shop with some great initiatives like their monthly Mates Races and weekly Beer rides. Would definitely recommend joining the rides, but only buy something if it’s urgently needed. Hope this helps and gives you a good idea of hoe wonderful this shop really is.

Totally recommend! The team is super dedicated to sorting out any issues that pop up. Bike feels brand new after service!
