I’m a beginner rider. Glynis was warm and inviting. She helped me assemble my basics and I felt so comfortable. Unlike the 2 previous shops I had visited in the area. Five star and I will be back. Pricing is very good.
Great friendly staff! Lovely place to go to
Daphne is great but the workshop was disappointing. Really disappointed with the reflocking done on my saddle. They had it for over three weeks and it had to be sent back to be corrected because the flocking was uneven and the one panel had been sewn back on skew. I then got charged more than I was quoted for the initial substandard job because their first attempt had take 11hrs instead of the normal time. Please, check your saddles before accepting the work done on them!
Great experience. Such friendly and helpfull staff.
Amazing service! Very kind and understanding people... With a passion for animals and what they do!
Always very friendly and helpful, with a variety of stock - they almost always have what I am looking for, and if not, have alternatives available. 10/10 would shop again.
Best place to get horsie stuff. Very good, experienced, knowledgeable lady working there. Always a big help!
