​Don’t waste your time booking a wellness check here if you are with Bonitas. I booked an appointment for today, received a reminder this morning, and arrived only to be told they can’t assist me because Dis-Chem hasn’t renewed their license with the medical aid. ​There is zero mention of this on their website, and the booking system is still live. It’s incredibly unprofessional to let customers drive out and show up for appointments that you know you can’t honor. Total lack of communication between Head Office and the clinics.

I went there on Sunday 21 December to the self help medication to ask for a specific omega 3 i require for my autoimmune disease , and there was a young lady there who was VERY rude and EXTREMELY unhelpful. I then proceeded to leave all my items and go to clicks rather. Clicks was way more helpful and thus I will be only using them going forward.

I feel sad, as I stood in the self medication queue on Friday 07 November 2025 at approximately 17:40 for Thiamine which I always get at Three Rivers Dischem from that side. The lady said I had to go to the Prescription queue. I told her I did not want to stand in the queue again and they always help me at Three Rivers. She said, without even seeing the queue. There is no queue there. And there was!! I am disappointed in the service I received. I left without the Thiamine, as I had no time to stand in the queue again.

Pheliwe Mtolo assisted me. I told her she must press "Yes" to the options that’s asking if I’m a member of BetterSavings Rewards as I paid with Capitec. She didn’t listen and pressed "No" with attitude. Please train your Cashiers how to treat customers.

Well done Vaal Mall on finding me Cortisol Block at another store. Annemarie called me only 2 days after i requested it, to collect my product. That's awesome service. Best Chemist ever.

I was assisted by a dispenser J.VAN -PDM on Sunday 31/08/2025. I was there with my fiance to collect. She was rude and seemed to feel entitled to be rude. My fiance was assisted by her on other occasions and he says she was very rude to him aswell. She is tall,white,skinny,with short brown curly hair and wears a ton of makeup. I also work with people. So does my fiance. If she doesn't enjoy serving people she should not. I will be collecting there again and by then I expect this to be addressed
