‼️DO NOT‼️ take your dogs to this place, two of our family friends took their dogs for a grooming here and the dogs did not come out alive. They just call and say the dogs has collapsed and died, which is impossible if the dogs were fine when they took them there, you don't know what they do to the dogs in the back. Would absolutely not recommend!!

Our little doggy loves this place, they are friendly and helpful, our little pup can't wait to go inside, she is very happy with the people and loves to get her hair done here.. Thank you staff

They did do a fair job however my dog was not completely shaved. Some spots they missed. However their price is half of other saloons. Very friendly personnel.

Have been very satisfied with our 2 miniature schnauzer's grooming and Jack russles shave every time we have taken them

Please do not take your fur babies to nicolettes dog parlor in vanderbijlpark. There is a reason they refuse to let you see where they wash and treat your pets and why disclaimers of leaving your pets there at own risk covers every wall. While my one pup was bathed in cold water then chained around her neck and blow dried with cold air( i had to storm in and collect her she was so traumatized) the other one had her nails clipped way too short and we are still struggling to stop the bleeding. Please there are so many better places to have your doggies pampered. Don't traumatize your pups.

My dogs was very badly shaved. Not very happy! The hair was cut uneven and with chunks of hair not shaven.
