Great service, staff is super helpful. I was looking for something that was on promotion that I saw on their ads. The gentleman that came to assist me went out of his way to look for the item. Friendly and with a smile. They go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. It was busy and all the tills were open. No long lines. Well done to a great team!

Not the friendliest and helpful. I had a call from the Manager Kobus Bosch after my post of 3 stars and he was very helpful. After the discussion I have decided to give them 4 stars and I belief that in future I will give them 5. I will visit them again.

It's hard to fault this store, purely based on it's variety & selection of home DIY products. Perhaps they could improve on their pricing a bit, but the service is excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐

They always seem to have everything you need in stock. A heartfelt thanks for the great service and friendly smiles! Special shoutouts to Raymond in the wood section for his excellent advice and to Lappies in the paint section for their assistance. Thanks David for helping with shelves cutting and John that always go out of his way to assist in the key department.

Great experience at Mica. Thomas in the timber department went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements. He cut slots in the timber I ordered to build my compost bays. Thomas represents what excellent customer service is all about. Thank you, Thomas, and thank you, Mica. I am always impressed with the help and service I receive.

Great staff stock on everything. Just a bit confusing with where I get what(different buildings), but the staff was super helpful.
