Woolworths Vanderbijlpark Riverside Centre

We recently moved away from having this specific store as our closest go-to Woolies, and I miss this store so much!!! The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and somehow, despite the store being smaller than the closest one to us now, had a wider range. This is a fantastic store and I really miss them!

My absolute favorite place to visit. It is always well stocked and clean. The variety and quality of products are excellent. The staff is very friendly and help full. Every time is a great experience.

I'm disappointed at a cashier/Teller. I was doing my shopping listening to music 🎶 softly on my phone without the earphones of cause no one complained or whatsoever. She tells the other lady that she wants to help fast I must get out I'm making noise. The till slip says its Gexa C Gaxa her name

Really cool place to buy groceries we were there on holidays and it’s good to buy some food stuff late at night they open till 8 at night.

It's almost unbelievable that such high quality service and such variety of products exists in "small town" Vanderbijlpark. I am frequently able to find new products that have just been advertised. The staff are on another level. I have wonderful chats with the cashiers, who really go above and beyond. Please keep up the good work!

Very quiet. Almost nothing on the shelves. Why this place stay open is a wonder.

Unacceptable service and lack of follow-up at Woolworths Riverside. On May 12th, 2025, Ms. Mapule at till 2 refused to serve me due to a perceived lack of greeting while I was on a work call, she then proceeded to call the next customer. This was disrespectful and highly inconvenient. Despite reporting it to customer service and being told the store manager would contact me, there has been no follow-up. This reflects a clear deterioration in both employee and management service at this store over the years.
