Builders Warehouse River Square

Excellent service at River Square Builders Warehouse. I had an outstanding experience at River Square Builders Warehouse. Flata, Buti, Seipati, Lucky and the security guard (I didn’t get his name) were all extremely helpful and professional. They provided excellent customer service in every department, made sure I got the assistance I needed, and were friendly while maintaining professionalism. I highly recommend this team — they made my visit a very positive one and I didn't hesitate to go back again as I had forgotten to buy some of the things. Kind regards Nthabiseng Mokoena

Was there for an hour, no-one asked if they could help (not sure anyone works there other than the 2 cashiers) and I saw what looked like 2 "managers" walk past us twice while talking on their phones. Pity, was my first time there since they relocated but Mica will be my go-to in Three Rivers from now on for all my building, painting and other requirements. As a contractor I can't spend that much time in a store having to find everything myself

Dear Builders Warehouse Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of the businesses operating within Roadri Centre Three Rivers. We would like to bring to your attention the matter of several trees situated near your premises that are currently obstructing the visibility of our centre from the main road. These trees are significantly affecting our exposure, and as small businesses, visibility is crucial to our growth and survival. We respectfully request that you consider removing or trimming the trees that are blocking the view of Roadri Centre Three Rivers. We are unsure of the appropriate person to address this matter to, but we would greatly appreciate it if you could escalate this request to the relevant department. If the trees cannot be removed, we kindly ask for a clear explanation and an alternative solution that still considers the needs of small businesses in the area. We thank you in advance for your time and understanding, and we look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Micromax Financial Solutions.

Every time I come here, I leave mad and frustrated. The service is non existent. You have to look for someone to help. They will stand there all talking and doing nothing. Sometimes on there phone. Don’t waste your time just go to mica dow the road.

we buy a lot online- service is great - delivery is the next day, we had some collection orders, orders was ready within the next few hours the same day. love online buying with Builders

Good day. I was placed on pension as of 2021. I get a income from a pension fund and my pension status is excepted everywhere. Die to my age, 56, you don't see me as a pensioner while according to law and my previous employer I am a pensioner. I was given a card and informed that due to me on pension I qualify for a 10 percent discount on Wednesdays. Today at your shop, as per tax invoice in heading, I was suddenly informed that YOU don't see me as a pensioner due to my age. When I receive my claim from RAF I was planning on using your company as sole supplier for R500K repair work. I will never and this will be your loss. Due to this I will broadcast builders as a fraud and incompetent company.

The staff is professional, never lose that Zulu guy who works on the aisle. He knows how to serve customers.
