Horrible service from the assistant pharmacist with braces. When I asked for help regarding some of the medication she kept shrugging her shoulders and saying she doesn’t know. Who says their head will burst if they remember what they are required to know. Proper staff training and don’t just hire anyone because they truly don’t know how to treat customers.
Pharmacy didn't honour script, had to go back before they verified with doctor was in order. Wasted time and petrol. Asked for a Clicks service that was being advertised, was told to call telephonically next time, couldn't offer service although advert stated personnel will assist instore. Unprofessional and poor service
The pharmacy is a mess. Always have to wait for a very long time. Then they decide to see a medical rep or some delivery and also waist another 5 minutes on that. Clicks will forsure not see me again.
Ne! One customer per lane..many staff hanging around. Not all specials marked as special so time consuming if you have to check at the till all the time. Not all specials in stock. Chemist staff friendly!
If I could I would give zero stars. The security guard and cosmetic staff treat you as if you are a criminal! Since whrn do they tell you that you arent allowed to walk with a purse that is unzipped?! And the best part is I have such a small purse how fif they even know it was open so ots telling me they were watching me, and what about the other clients with open purses? So it tells me it was only pin pointed on me! How rude and disrespectful !
Had a very pleasant experience with Tshiredzo. I forgot my card and he assisted me so nicely to load it on my WhatsApp to get my card and not miss on points and my free item. So friendly and kind.
Time online states that they open at 08:30, I stood outside for 37min before they opened their doors. Being in a hurry staff ignored and wasn't friendly when i asked for assistance. Manager saw cue of people outside and didn't bother to open doors at 08:38
