I can’t say enough about this team. What amazing people who really care about pets and know their stuff. We had to have our 16 year old cat looked after for a week while we were away. It’s the first time he’s been away from home and while he’s happy to be back, he was well loved and looked after at Paws & Claws. Very professional outfit of people who genuinely care. Thank you!

I cannot express how grateful I am to these wonderful people who looked after my cats so well during our move from Port Alfred to Cape Town. The level of care was first class. They shared pictures, reported on the small things that set one's mind at rest, took them to the vet when necessary, got them safely on the plane and followed up afterwards. Where do I even begin... Sunel and her team looked after my very special cat for over four months while he was being readied to fly to Switzerland. She managed all the vet appointments, took care of all the applications, booked the flights for me and communicated directly with the import company in Zürich. She was so incredibly efficient and such a pleasure to work with, and she was always on time! My cat wasn't stuck in South Africa for even a moment longer than what was planned! Whilst doing all of this she also took care to keep my beloved cat lovingly looked after in her very well run cat hotel. My cat got to interact with other social cats, her staff members and even her family members. Sunel's husband custom made a beautiful, large box for the flight and gradually introduced it so that when it came time for the flight my cat was as prepared as much as possible. There are no words in any language that can truly describe how grateful I am for everything that she has done for us. We actually went all the way from the Western Cape so that we could use Paws and Claws together with Aloe Vet for the emigration, and it was well worth the effort. If you are planning to leave SA and need to take your animals with you, use Paws and Claws!!!

Sunel is so amazing to work with. We received constant updates about our cats that we relocated to Cape Town. The info we were sent about the flights and pick up was super helpful.

I cannot express my gratitude enough toward Paws & Claws for organsing the relocation of my treasured dog, Max, from South Africa to Brisbane, Australia. Sunel and Chloe were excellent from the start, mapping out Max's timeline, handling all administration and communicating with us at all stages. During the actual transfer, they provided photos and regular updates on Max's progress, which really helped to calm an anxious dog mommy. Max is now safe, sound and settled in his new home.
