It is honestly sad for me leave a bad review for Finny Flipper, because they have been my go-to pet shop since I was a child. But I am absolutely APPALLED at how negligent they are with their newly added pups and kittens, with no food, nor water. As a Veterinary Assistant, this is truely heartbreaking. Food schedules are understandable, but they need to have clean water available for them 😪
Sean and luke are amazing. Extremely helpful and attentive to customers needs. I am a 1st time fish mom and was absolutely clueless. They guided me through the whole process of caring and taking care of fish. Nicely stocked up with a wide selection of fish. There were cute puppies I wanted to steal but I stayed focused on the fish!
Although I didn't leave with a furry friend, they have very friendly staff, they just didn't have what I was looking for but that's OK. I'll definitely go back.

Finny flipper is such a quality Spot. Sean is always there and always keen to go put of his way dto help. If he doesn't have it, he'll get it for you. the staff are on the ball and its a really cool vibe in the shop.. if you're a pet person Finny Flipper is a winner
