Clicks Pharmacy Hermanus Station Mall

I shop at this Clicks multiple times every month and have always only had positive experiences. The staff are always helpful and friendly, willing to assist. The manager(s) are not only always available when needed, but most always visible on the floor as well. The till waiting line is well-managed, with cashiers quick to call for extra cashiers when the waiting line gets long. The store is always neat and well-stocked. A pleasure to shop here!

After initial hic-ups with e-mail script for two days, I would like thank Magda for going above and beyond to rectify the problem when I contacted her. I sincerely appreciate that she was prepared to personally deliver medication, on her own time. Really received good service and problem solving this morning. Thank you

Pathetic store! I went there today to stock up on some cold and flue medicine… walked through every single isle trying to find someone to assist… only one other shopper that also had to go call someone to get assistance… Terrible service… rather going to the one in town next time

The cashier was very arrogant, I was in disbelief and didn't know if he was talking to me or another employee. Telling me "go, go ask her" when I asked a question about a promotion that they have.

Often we look on internet to see whether certain things are available. Now 5 times we go there and it is not available. The lame excuse that it is only available on internet is not applicable. In their computerized system they should know in real time what is available and where. That can be connected to their website. I think they try to lure us into their shop

A conveniently located store with a variety of products available. I found it to be clean and neat with friendly efficient staff. Parking is not an issue.

No Este Lauder foundation to be found here! Extremely inconvenient! Nowhere in Hermanus!
