Very dishonest! Sold us a "thouroubred" Swiss Shepherd puppy for R4500, which was a discounted price. From the first day we messaged and queried if this is a Swiss Shepard and they assured us it was, even sent photos of the parents and signed a certificate to say it is. But when taking Hunter to the vet, they said this is definitely not a Swiss Shepherd. The owner of the pet shop said we must wait a few months cause that's when we truly will see it but it's been almost a year and we definitely did not get a Swiss Shepherd which we paid for. To be honest Hunter actually looks like a 'township' dog but we love him. Just very disappointed that you get such dishonest business people out there.

I do not recommend this business, they scam so many people I bought a dog expecting it to be a Swiss shepherd, we paid 5000 rand and then we had several veterinarians tell us he is not a Swiss shepherd, turns out he’s a cross bread, we tried to talk to the owner about it and he kept ignoring us and then eventually just said he won’t do anything about it, he kept taking our comments down about the dogs he is selling, but now I know I’m not the only person he has done this to, I’ve spoken to plenty of people that said the same thing about Sandown pet centre, I’m really not happy and I advise everyone to stay away from Sandown Pet Centre

absolutely shocking bought a Jack Russel R4800 took him home after being told he is pure breed. went to several vets and it is proved he is crossed with a corgi I contacted the man who sold him to me and he sent random pictures of parents. I then told him he is not a Jack Russel and expect a refund even if only half as they lied he refused to give me owners number and told me all dogs are voetstoot. spoke to several ppl in Pe that deal with dogs and they informed me this is what he does get allot of puppies at a cheap price and sells them at a crazy price even when they not pure breed.

Very disappointed, bought a "pure bread Swiss shepherd" for 5000 rand, turns out it’s a mixed bread pup that should of been sold for less than 1500 I don’t recommend them at all

No one should be selling live puppies at shops in this day and age. There are so many animals already needing homes, making money off of breeding and selling is illegal in many places and the same should apply here.

They give doggies great haircuts 👌🏻
