Absolute Pets and Pet Spa Linksfield Terrace

Bookings were made well in advance. Got asked to consolidate our bookings, which we reluctantly agreed to do. Then get called the day before at close of business and told they have to cancel one appointment. We said we need both appointments to which the first response was, then we need to cancel both appointments. Only on insisting they assist us, as it's not our fault, did they decide to now make our booking at a time we weren't available. We will not be back.

My dogs always look great after their spa day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Your app does not work properly and I have tried many times to book an appointment. I have then had to call each time to make a booking. I have mentioned it to the store manager who has said it has been reported to head office. Today was the same. If your app does not work then do not have one and cause frustration and waste a person's time.

Absolute Pets Linksfield is awesome! They stock only top-quality pet food and a fantastic selection of pet products, but what truly sets them apart is their phenomenal grooming service. The groomers are incredibly gentle with the fur babies, making every visit a stress-free experience for both pets and owners. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and take the time to provide exceptional care. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else—Absolute Pets Linksfield is the best! Highly recommend!

Overall, Absolute Pets in Linksfield has lovely staff and I have never had an issue with the store as a whole. However, I sent my little poochie in for a wash and cut this morning and I was quite taken back by the treatment of the older woman that manages the shop. I was not impressed with the way in which she was treating the man working there. She was shouting and undermining him. I was urged to say something but chose not to get involved. I work with people and children, on a daily basis. I understand that errors are not encouraged, however, we are all human, we all make mistakes and do not deserve to be treated the way she was treating the man working under her. It has definitely made me hesitant in going back. I hope this does not continue and I have a better experience in my next visit.

I can't say enough great things about this Absolute Pets branch! The staff are friendly and Ntombi always grooms my dog to absolute perfection. My dog looks amazing every single time, and Ntombi’s attention to detail is truly impressive. She’s incredibly gentle, caring, and clearly loves what she does, which makes the whole experience stress-free for my dog. I’m always confident leaving my pup in her capable hands, knowing he’ll come back looking and feeling his best. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond!

Tool my old lady there to be groomed after having a bad experience somewhere else. Everyone was so nice kind and gentle with her. The team leader really listened to my concerns and was really helpful. Her fur has never felt so soft. I will be going here from now on. Great service.

This was our first visit here and our Pomeranian was groomed beautifully, after constant dissatisfaction from a different branch. The staff was friendly too. Definitely bringing Maya back:)
