What an amazing service we had from a young women with blond hair Jolene I believe that was her name one of the most helpful people in the store, her service is so great, she packed everything so nicely and in order.

What a life-saver Kruvet Pharmaceuticals is for my dogs and, I believe, the pets and domestic animals of the many people who use their services. Located in a relatively quieter part of the western Pretoria CBD, and apparently quite safe to visit - I did not feel threatened, nor was I harassed by dodgy car guards at Kruvet, compared to the Post Office. Adequate free parking with easy access. The Pharmacist very patiently listens to your pets's issues, and dispenses sound advice and assistance, or refers you back to your vet where necessary. Assistant Rolene, is very courteous and knows her products very well. Amma.long time client, and shall visit there again.

Terrible service. Paid for products on the 12 still no delivery and being ignored by Jolene. Several follow up calls later with no resolution.

The staff is very helpful and up-to-date with all of the animal care products and products that are available in the shop.

I took my pups for their first check ups and shots and the veterinarian was very friendly and helpful. The pricing is very affordable in comparison to other vets. We were also helped quite quick. I would recommend them to anyone!

KRUVET has closed down without notifying anyone. I took my kitty along with me this morning and it was all for nothing!

I took my 3rd dog to Kruvet and had the most amazing service from everyone there. I took them there since they were puppies for all their injections and they were absolutely amazing. The doggies were so calm the whole time. They speak to the dog like it's their own. I would definitely recommend them!!
