The staff was so incredibly kind, and they went above and beyond by sending us a sympathy card featuring our sweet girl's footprint. It is a precious memory we will treasure forever. Recently, they stepped up for us again without a moment's hesitation when our other dog suffered multiple seizures in a single day. The team acted quickly, performing thorough blood tests and prescribing the necessary medication. The transformation has been nothing short of a miracle. In just a short time, we have seen a significant improvement; she has more energy now than ever before (if that’s even possible!), her appetite has returned, and her beautiful personality is back in full bloom. This is not just any vet, they are like a family. My parent's dog was in an accident and broke her pelvis. They went above and beyond to care for her and make her comfortable. There prices were very good and they are considerate towards pensioners. They were quick and sufficient and their aftercare and communication is awesome! They certainly go the extra mile.
