Absolute Pets Willowbridge

Excellent customer service and best quality service delivery by Adel at the Absolute pets Willowbridge branch. I called in this morning because of a dog food crisis, most of the pet stores in Cape Town had no stock of a specific brand, Adel answered and calmed me down and ensured me that she will look into and call me back. Within a few minutes she returned my call and notified me which other branches had stock and then advised me on a supplementary dog food which could be used in the interim while waiting on stock to arrive, she even phoned the other branch and reserved a bag of dog food for me. This is the best service I've ever received, Adel is very respectful, has excellent communication skills, has excellent product knowledge and really made my day just knowing I could rely on her and I felt confident just by the way she spoke and handled the situation. These are qualities which are very unique and I just want to say a big Thank you to Adel for the excellent service. All your hard efforts and time is highly appreciated.
