Taariq and his shop are simply amazing! Highly knowledgeable, super professional and supportive, Taariq has patiently introduced us to all the ins and outs of establishing a first-time self-sustaining fully planted tank. We must have asked a thousand questions twice around and he is still answering more with a smile on his face :). The 24/7 whatsapp support all clients get is immensely reassuring when we are experimenting or unsure. Also, Uponics water testing (free if you shop) is a fantastic value-add to ensure we remain on the right track and provide the best possible environment to keep all our critters thriving. Starting as a "small" present for my 10y old son, planted nano tanks are fast becoming a hobby for the whole family, one that just keeps giving. Tired of Netflix? Take a drive to this shop, set up a tank and you'll happily cancel your subscription...

From the moment you walk in the advice and customer service (also after-sales support) from Taariq is second to none. Clean store, good pricing and focused but quality products. Being a first-time aquarium enthusiast U Ponics has made the whole journey a real treat, I highly recommend U Ponics and Taariq for your aquarium, paludarium, and terrarium needs.
One of my favourite places to shop for high quality and beautiful aquatic plants, fish and shrimp. Incredible prices, a wide range of products, sparkling clean and well organised.
