Knowledgeable staff. I was advised on a dog food for my senior dog. Two days of eating it and he has heaps more energy and is back to his normal self. Many thanks 🙏🏻
Fantastic customer service especially the lady called Buhle she is so friendly and caring always willing to help will definitely do my regular shopping at this store!!!
A big shout out to the Manager and the team of this store! I am a new doggy foster mom, and having more experience with cats, it is a learning curve. This team has assisted me so many times, choosing a collar, harness, suitable food etc. I always feel welcome when I enter the store. Excellent service, combined with good prices and special offers.....why would I want to shop anywhere else?
Thank you guys for your excellent service and your kind staff. I can definitely recommend them for grooming your animal children. Super friendly and they go the extra mile!!!
Left both my dogs in one small cage for more than an hour in heat without water or a break. This is after missing the appointment time by more than an hour. Cruel.
Friendly, helpful staff. Love these stores!
Wide selection of products & Knowledgeable staff😺🐶
