Petshop Science Durbanville

🌟 5-Star Experience at Petshop Science Durbanville! 🌟 I recently visited Petshop Science Durbanville for the first time, admittedly a bit sceptical after trying countless dog food options for my pup with sensitive skin. But wow — what a refreshing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly. A special shoutout to Danielle, the amazing sales assistant who truly went above and beyond! He took the time to listen, offered expert advice, and even provided samples for me to try before committing to another purchase. Thanks to his care and knowledge, I now have a happy, tail-wagging dog and feel so relieved to have finally found a place that gets it. It's not just a pet shop — it's a place where you and your furry friend are treated with real care and attention. You’ve gained a loyal customer for life — thank you Danielle and the fantastic team at Petshop Science Durbanville! 🐾💛

I have only had positive experiences at this store. Demi, the manager, is a breath of fresh air. She is knowledgeable, helpful and always friendly. I wish Demi could train the staff at all Checker stores.

There have been several staff members at this location, none of them memorable or particularly helpful. Today I met Nonhle and wow, what a difference in customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Please keep her at this location and whatever you are paying her, pay her MORE. She is truly a gem.

Wow just wow. Great service, clean store, friendly staff that knows their products. Nonhle is such a gem, she goes above and beyond for clients👏🏻👏🏻The manager can be proud of her staff👏🏻👏🏻well done petshop science durbanville

Staff member Zikhona was a pleasure to converse with. She gave great advice in suggesting a food change for my cats diet which I have seen great improvement with, in my kitty's fur. Zikhona is very friendly & knowledgeable on the various pet products which makes shopping there a pleasure. Thank you, Zikhona!

When opened the Petshop, The Animal Zone parrot Muesli and Fruit prices were good!! Sudenly when you are starting be known, your prices increase hugely! This is ridiculous! Shame on you
