Ever since this shop opened, we've been buying our cat and bird's food there. Every time that either or both Paul and Enrico have assisted us, they were friendly, helpful, and professional. The one time, our cat did not like the food we bought there. I took it back and had no problem exchanging it for kitty's favourite brand. Another time we wanted a box with pouches containing soft food for our cat, but the flavour we wanted was at the bottom of a large pile. Enrico had no problem unpacking the stack to get to what we wanted. He was patient and friendly. It is so refreshing to walk into a store where the staff are so friendly and helpful, and don't roll their eyes when we ask for help. A high-five to them for their stellar attitude and service.
A Colorful petshop within Boulevard Square Shopping mall. They have a huge variety of healthy food and snack options to choose from. They also stock the cutest toys for our beloved companions with paws. They are currently (30 August '23...) running some great specials. Your Checkers card is all you need to take to share in the JoY. (。♡‿♡。) This is the perfect time to start stocking up for Christmas. Pets want presents too Let's Love them even more (*˘︶˘*).。.:*♡
The staff are always so helpful and friendly. Thank you so much Enrico and Paul for great service! Love coming to this shop!
