The staff and Dr's have so much empathy and were very helpful. Friendly and informative. From answering the phone and asking us what the problem was, we felt welcome and knew our animals were in great caring hands. An absolute pleasure dealing with everyone there.

The vet while handling my actively dying cat was being witty and asked me if I wanted my cat saved then I should pay what theyre asking. Frantically I was told to exit the room and my cat was kept overnight. In the morning I recieved the call that my cat is dead and if I want to know the cause of death then I should pay the full quote I agreed to and they'll do a post motem otherwise my deposit suffices and I can bring my cat home. I received my cat in a box wrapped in a wet garbage bag, blood on its fur and nose. It seemed like it was laying in its fluids. The doctor gave NO communication on what happened to my cat and insisted on post motem and extra fees. No one on the staff knew either apparently. I honestly cannot recommend this place, theyre cold and just want money. Get done with cases asap so they can maximize revenue. The communication of the condition, estimated time of death and very little time with the doctor was a very bad experience. The fresh wounds and bloody nose of my cat deserved atleast some explanation. I then on own had to research that my cats body being wet and having a redish/pink fluid in the bag was normal as its the body releasing these fluids as muscles have relaxed and rigor mortis steps in. A quick 5 min talk and It would have helped us gain some closure. One moment he was alive, next moment hes dead, no explanation, I can just take his body home. To conclude, my main gripe is just the lack of communication... from anyone there. Fees were properly handled and communicated but I got no closure about the death of my cat at all. Maybe this will change in the future, I hope.

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped me this week. The staff are incredibly friendly, the pricing is very reasonable, and Dr. Pierre is truly wonderful with animals. You can see how gently and kindly he treats them, which makes such a difference as a worried pet parent. I’m so grateful for all the support, patience, and genuine smiles throughout the whole process. It really meant a lot.

This is honestly the best vet you can take your pet to. The entire atmosphere is warm and caring, all the dogs can sense the warmth. They’re SO helpful. We took our dog Lola for treatment after noticing her swollen leg, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention she received. The staff were incredibly compassionate and thorough, ensuring that Lola dog was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. It’s clear they truly care about animals and their well-being. We traveled far to get there but it’s worth it. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of veterinary services – our dog is already feeling much better, thanks to their excellent care!
