Fairview Cottages

Spent three nights in Eaglesview over New Year. I honestly cannot fault the place. George, Brenda and their staff are fantastic. We immediatley felt at home and nothing was too much bother for George. The gardens and the mountain views immediatley make you feel relaxed. The proximity to the square is a big advantage. It is far enough to not hear any noise but close enough to just wander up the street. We were sad to leave but are already planning our next trip. We cant wait to go back to our 'happy place' .

We enjoyed our one night stay here. Our room was fairly small, yet it had a kitchenette which we found really useful. The bed was very big and comfortable. The best thing about the guesthouse is the mountain view from the rooms along with the private outdoor sitting area we had. The one improvement could be the bathroom which we felt was dated and in need of an upgrade. Check in/check out process could've also been made clearer

Fairview Cottages are perfectly situated to explore Clarens on foot.||Fantastic venue, great stay and cetrainly value for money. Will definately recoomend and will stay there again.||

The location is PERFECT, It's just down the street BUT It's not even loud. The place is surounded by mountians on all sides, beautiful garden, rooms are clean, decorated with detail and most importanly the hospitality is very good. Keep it up Brenda and George!

My husband and I have visited these cottage twice now and both times we left with our hearts full and souls happy.. It is located walking distance from the plane (square) and is close to the mountain's walking trails - it has amazing views (even from the bathroom 🤭) The owners are lovely, down to earth people and the Oom will gladly give you information to make your stay one for the books. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great place. Peaceful & quiet. Reasonably close to the square. Clean, tidy, friendly hosts. Fully equipped. Loved it

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Fairview Cottages in Clarens so much that we ended up extending our stay by 2 more days. The location is great. The beds are equipped with electric blankets which come in handy. The views are amazing. Well manicured gardens. Lydia, a staff member, is very helpful and friendly. The owners, Brenda and George are such excellent hosts!
