I would just like to say a big thank you to Nikita Potgieter! Her service is outstanding and she is extremely helpful. She was able to find a 1 bedroom apartment for me, perfect fit and in my budget. She guided me through the process as a first time renter and has made the whole process super easy and understandable. I would highly recommend Nikita, she is wonderful and very punctual, especially if you're a first timer, like me. I'm super happy!

Nikita is knowledgeable. She fully understands the Hermanus rental market and is therfore able to connect ( advise) landlord/tenant accordingly. She is punctual, prepared, informed and has practical advice with no ‘sales talk’. I will work with any property agency employing/ contracting Nikita. In this case: Just Property Hermanus

We rented through this agency and it was a disaster. Numerous things happened, the two worst of which were the following. First, countless things in the house needed maintenance and they simply were not in communication and blamed the landlord. The shower door was broken when we moved in... they promised to fix it. Seven months later, still broken. When the geyser burst and our place was under water, they didn't even respond to that as an emergency. There was black mould which we reported and they werent even in touch about solving the problem. Second, the place wasn't clean when we moved in. They told us to pay for deep clean ourselves and that we wouldn't have to do a deel clean upon moving out. And then they billed us for a deep clean when we moved out. All in all, horrible experience. I cannot stress enough to avoid this agency.

Excellent service. Nikita is always friendly, helpful, punctual and a delight. Very thorough in her work and always follows up and keeps her promises. Just Properties can be proud of her. Highly recommend this company and I consistently have had Excellent service.
