FEATHERS AND FINS (PTY) LTD

Firstly I must say gosh the owner is Hella rude he has no customer service whatsoever he is blunt and very vile my husband and I went in to purchase a pump for our tanks We came across a tank with the fish swimming upside down we thought something had happened to it .so we politely ask him if the fish was ok ( bear in mind he didn't know if wanted to purchase the fish and we could have been asking out off concern purchase or not ) He said do we deal with fish ? To which I replied I have a fish tanks at home which I nurse the he Rudely says He knows what's he is doing As if I'm a dumb ass and wrong off me to ask I was so annoyed that I wanted to leave the shop My husband being the well mannered person he is asked him if they have pumps and he asked the other gentleman to assist us The gentleman that assisted us was an absolute gem He was patient he asked me questions he helped find whatever I needed Very well spoken champ 🏆 Big ups to him and his level off customer service it was top notch As for that owner oh no he needs to learn customer service because the level off service he gave out was not acceptable I will never purchase from this store ever again So sad to say

I don't understand all the comments about a rude owner... The man is a gem, so super friendly and very knowledgeable... He took the time to take me through each and every thing I asked and even followed up.

Owner is rude as hell. He don't deserve to be running a pet store with an attitude that stinks especially in front of little kids. Not polite at all to his customers. Thinks his a big shot in a small shop. No signs in his store that says you not allowed to touch pets. After saying sorry I don't see any signs, he arrogantly says repeatedly I DONT NEED SIGNS DONT TOUCH THEM.How do you even purchase pets, if you not allowed to touch the animals atleast say it in a decent friendly manner. Shame on you and I hope that your business NEVER progresses.

Excellent service From the guys at feathers and fins. Appreciate the Owner taking time and explaining more about the aquarium he sells. Keep up the great work. 🙏

Why the hell would you sell live animals? Voiceless innocent beings? Kept in wrong housing conditions. Adding to the cycle of suffering and neglect. Money greedy is all i see. The rabbits look so tiny and scared. I saw an injured bird aswell. I dont understand who would support such a disgusting shop. PLEASE SUPPORT PET SHOPS THAT DO NOT SELL LIVES. Shame on the owner of this shop.
