Kings Hardware Winklespruit

I was always recommending to other people bt now I will never ever buy from them, jooo after payment you're no longer a customer to them..rudeness of driver s , , when you trying to call the store they just drop the phone...poor service I'm very very disappointed 😞 😕

I have waited for delivery about 27 hours and the delivery drivers were rude. They hardly pick up the phone when you call. Bad service.

We are very pleased with the service from Kings Hardware -Winkelpruit branch. They made it easy to conduct a business with them while overseas. Thanks to Vusie Ngcobo for always providing us with a quotation timeously, and assisting our contractors Mr Milton with the recommendation. Much appreciation, Mr & Mrs Hlangu United States of America.

Bad service on yo drive when they deliver. Asking to much questions stupid questions 🙄 we waited for the deliver from Sunday till today. We must call every second. Asking where is my order 🤔

I am super impressed by the speedy service, Mr Leon your customer service is exceptional. The delivery team is also amazing.

I’ve been dealing with Kings Hardware in Winkelspruit for a while now, and I have to say despite a recent altercation where I got upset, they handled the situation exceptionally well. The manager stepped in and was on point, calm, and professional. There are two guys I deal with regularly, and they’re always on the ball prompt, reliable, and consistent in their service. I’m more than happy with how they treat their customers, and I appreciate the way they keep things moving smoothly. At the end of the day, we’re all humandisagreements happen. What matters is how they’re handled, and in this case, they definitely showed professionalism. Big thumbs up to Kings Hardware Winkelspruit. Lol now let's see if I get a freebee👀.
