Always have a great experience here, just like Ricardo, Pretty makes the visit a pleasure. Always bring my dog to the grooming parlour and they do a fantastic job.
Google says you close at 8pm. I just wasted my time coming here.
DONT BOTHER PHONING OR GOING HERE . THEY DONT ANSWER CALLS AND DESPITE GOOGLE SHOWING THEY CLOSE AT 8PM THE MANAGER AND SECURITY REFUSED SAYING THAT I'M LYING THAT GOOGLE SHOWS THEY CLOSE AT 8 AND RUDELY DISMISSED ME ...RATHER SUPPORT ABSOLUTE PETS IN KENSINGTON SQUARE
Do not take your pets to the groomers inside petshop science Durban north. They cut my dog in a very sensitive area and refused to provide feedback,apology or a tape recording as promised. This is the second time I had a bad experience. I will not be going back again and I urge people to stay away.
