Staff need to use the emergency exit.
I've been to this shop twice. I'm a client of Buco Beacon Bay where the service is excellent. First time I was at Butterworth it took 40 minutes to buy R800 of wires and lights. Right now I'm at the shop to get another light bulb and plumbers tape. A R28 purchase. And have been standing for 25 minutes waiting for help. Then the network is slow and there are nobody at the tellers. It's a complete waste of time coming here.
Good service each and everyday I wish to work there one day...

Terrible Service, management and staff need to learn communication skills.
Phone number provided in the website doesn't work.
Good service and you'll get most of you hardware staff.
