City Pets

City Pets Lambton you SIMPLY THE BEST. No one else will ever touch my Maine coone. Thank you for your care, love, dedication. All the staff’s love for animals are touchable. Thank you Dinis, Dirk and the grooming team.

Not my first time nor my second time being at this business. I have not had the best experience. The staff are like, do I really have to help you. Slow very slow. but I get my salary at month end so you must just wait until I help you. I was 1 of maybe 2 others in the store at the time. Looking at the fish section. On the other hand, in the grooming department, the lady was on her best, promoting that section. I must add R205.00 for a small 4 legged child is a crazy price. Dog weighting less than 10kg.

My Pomeranian an Yorkie always looks great after visiting Gloria. Gloria is an absolute sweet heart and very good at what she does. I always get excellent service whenever I visit City Pets Lambton.

Took my cat for a wash and nail trim on Monday the 27. I was informed the wash would take about 45 minutes. My cat was literally dipped in water towel dried in less that 10 minutes. Mind you this service is over R200. When I asked if they were done, the ladies told me ‘yes cause your cat is scared of water’. Please show me a cat that sings hallelujah when being bathed. Then I asked why is she not dried, I was told because she’s scared of the drier so it’s best she goes home WET! How in the world are you grooming cats when you don’t even know that you can’t leave a cat wet because it will be sick. Let’s not even start on the nails. I’m so pissed off

Friendly staff, always willing to assist, shop is clean and everything is on its, place to find easily

Need experienced dog groomers, my doggies are not properly cut.Good morning, I apologize for my complaint, I brought my 3 doggies (2× Pegs and 1 Yorkie in for summer cuts on Sunday, 14 December at 2pm and extremely unhappy with their hair cuts. They were cut so terribly, pieces chopped off their ears and body and sent home wet without being dried and not sure if their nails were even cut. This is not the first time my dogs were cut so badly!! I will no longer bring them to City Pets for grooming and waisted R609 of my hard earned money😡😡

poor customer service, those people are like zombies or they are working for free or something. i went there bought few items for my fish tank i regret that day needed fish but i will never in this life visit them again.
