Excellent and always friendly staff that go out of their way to assist. I would like to personally like to thank Christo for his excellent and efficient service. I have shopped at all the other big hardware shops in Hermanus and will now only use Buco.
Well done Buco Hermanus for answering your phone primptly and getting someone to assist me, alsi promptly. Not like Builders Warehouse Hermanus where I had to wait in vain 7 minutes for soneone to assist, I gave up and phoned again, but had to give up after many rings, realising they are not interested in my business. Well done Buco!
Not very forth coming to refund defective products. Couldn’t get to store within 30 days. Forfeited refund, even thought everything was in tact. Long wait service at the cash till.
