What an amazing place, we went there on a public holiday with an emergency and we were helped in a timely manner and with great care and consideration. Thanks to Dr. Michelle for accommodating us and giving her time to the care of animals, even during the festive season, and on a public holiday! Wonderful staff, and a very friendly African Grey to keep you company in the waiting room 🌟 😊

Excellent place, with a personalized touch and good care of your pets. Has all the equipments and trained personnel. Very happy I took my cat there ! Recommended !
I take my hat off to any medical practitioner that's open on the festive public holidays. Dr. Lawrence was there on Christmas Eve to help us with our pup who got a nasty infection and had to have her thumb amputated, she was kind, caring and made us totally feel at ease. She's also repeatedly followed up with us and checked in on our dog. She's top notch and would highly recommend her.
Went to this vet many years ago for a blood test on my cat. They took about 20 mins trying to draw the sample with the cat howling the whole time. Not good practice.
Had to take in my puppy after hours on 27 May 2021, I beyond was impressed with the service received. Unfortunately on 28 May 2021 had to put Milo to sleep, I am thankful that he passed on without pain. The four months we had with him are immeasurable.
Terrible. Had a kitten who was bitten by a pitbull. They gave me a quote and said I should pay half. When the money was in their account they kept it and said no they can't operate as it's going to cost 3x the initial quote. They didn't want to accept a pay off arrangement as I owed a small amount at their onrus branch. My kitten is gone now. We are heartbroken. They could've helped but money is their only priority. 😭😭😭
